Exchange and Return Policy
Recovery:
- You can submit a return request at any time within three days from the date of receiving the order by contacting customer service on WhatsApp number 966595112075 .
- Orders purchased from other applications are subject to the return and exchange policy of the application from which the order was placed.
- Orders from outside Saudi Arabia are non-returnable.
- After submitting the application and approval, the amount will be transferred within 7-21 days.
- Orders paid through Tabby and Tamara will be refunded through Tabby and Tamara.
- In case the return is not defective, the shipping cost will be deducted from the invoice value.
- Defective products, factory defects, etc. will be shipped to the main office and refunded.
